Our Nozzles are designed to maximize water distribution over the fill media while minimizing pump head.

Our Nozzles have the following features

• Low Clog Design
• Can operate as low as 0.2kg/cm2 pressure
• Easy installation, assembly and replacement
• PP/ABS mix for maximum strength

Our water distribution headers are made from PP/FRP for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. The headers are designed with uniform nozzle distribution, branch pipe length and branch pipe distance to allow even weight distribution and prevent torsion on cooling tower body.

“Full cone” distribution pattern assures uniform water distribution for all fills. Minimal spray overlap is required, providing uniform water distribution even near spray boundaries. Himgiri nozzles develop uniform water distribution over a wide range of operating water pressures.
