FRP  AIRWASHERS

Made for commercial as well as industrial use, our airwashers are made-to-order as per our customers' requirements. The casing and basin are of FRP, the modern material best suited for air cooling, humidification & air purification applications. The ready-to-use Himgiri Airwashers are ready with humidification section and energy-efficient fan with motor. Himgiri offers spray type airwashers as well as airwashers with evaporative media

Non-corrosive parts

Instead of the M/S sheeting which is very common to the industry, Himgiri airwashers are made of FRP which is 100% corrosion resistance for lifetime. Even our distribution plate is made of perforated FRP. Coupled with a polycarbonate clamp on spray nozzles, SS orifice plates and clamps and GI class B piping, the airwasher turns into a completely rust free model. 

Compact area

Our airwashers are offered with submersible pump set for individual bank pipe and PVC 4 Pass mist eliminators. The fans that we use are high efficiency axial fans or DIDW Centrifugal fans. Our evaporative media also has a very large surface area. All these factors play a role in reducing the plan area of the airwasher and make it a more compact design which is also suitable for external installation.
